Losing Weight!!!!!!!
i know everyone and their mother try to lose weight once the new year begins, but really there's no better time to start something new, then the new year! I have decided this year is going to be different. I am taking control of my life!!! . I looked in the mirror a couple of days ago and can honestly say that i didn't recognize myself, and was completely disgusted with what i saw. So this year i am going to whip my body back into shape. No more wearing vest to cover up my nasty fat body. It's time to do something about it. So from now on until i reach my goal weight, i will be posting every month my progress and inches lost. To the new year and new me!!

GOOD LUCK KERI..you can totally do it. That's a great idea to document it, you will definetly do better if you have to answer to someone (or in this case a blog). You'll have to give me some tips on how to get in shape, I'll need them after I have this baby! :-)

I'm loving the blogger thing too! It's a great way to keep in touch! Yes, I'm ok but I have a massive bruise on my butt. =( Plus I've been doing a body pump class at the gym (I too am disgusted with my body, but I've lost 12 pounds in 3 months!) anyways, last thursday we did a whole hour of glutes and my butt is absolutely throbbing from that! Haha. But someday, I'll look good right?? Well we're coming to Salem from the 14th-21st so let's get together. Keep in touch! =)
